Returns & Exchange Policy

1. The items must be returned for store credit within 7 days from the arrival date of the parcel.

2. It is only if the items are broken, spoil, or for other damage purposes. (Goods sold are not returnable & exchangeable.)

3. Customer shall cover the shipping cost of returning the purchased item & we'll cover the shipping cost to send the new item to the customer.

5. Refund for the returned item will be given as a "Refund Voucher", which cannot be converted to cash. We'll send you an email containing an online code and the value amount.

6. Please, note that any applicable online code(including seasonal promotional code) can be used on a single purchase and cannot be combined with any other online code and the validation date will be specified with the online code in our email to you accessories and original packaging.
